The story behind the cravingsEST. 2026

A simple theory.
Really good food.

Life’s too short for dinners
you don’t look forward to.

Crave Theory’s welcome artwork: burgers, tacos, pasta and cookies
Comfort food. A little curiosity. A lot of flavour.
Why we’re here

Food should
taste good first.

That’s where Crave Theory starts. With the creamy pasta you can’t stop thinking about. The crispy edges of a smash burger. A dinner that feels like a treat, even on a Tuesday.

We’re building a collection of recipes you’ll actually want to make. Sometimes high protein. Sometimes a takeout favourite, made at home. Always something worth craving.

Good food hits different.

The things we come back to

Our kind of cooking.

01

Flavour comes first.

Comfort food has a place at the table. Better choices should still be something you’re excited to eat.

02

Keep it doable.

Familiar ingredients, clear steps and useful swaps. The recipe should help you make dinner, not make it harder.

03

Make it your own.

A little extra heat. A different pasta shape. Whatever’s in the fridge. The best recipes leave room for you.

From your feed to your kitchen

Saw it. Saved it.
Made it again.

Instagram is where a craving starts. The website is where you turn it into dinner—with ingredients you can check off, quantities you can scale, and a recipe you can keep.

A growing collection

Just getting started.

Our first two recipes are Smash Burger Tacos and Creamy Garlic Chicken Pasta. There’s room for plenty more: quick dinners, high-protein comfort food, budget favourites, takeout recreations and something sweet after dark.

Tell us what you’re craving ↗

A little transparency.

Our launch artwork includes AI-generated food images. It illustrates the recipes; it isn’t a record of kitchen testing. Nutrition figures from the posts are estimates that need checking against actual ingredients and portions.

If something in a recipe needs a second look, tell us. Clear instructions and useful corrections matter.
